Shipping Policy

Order fulfillment and shipping take 5 -7 days. Shipping times vary for domestic and international orders. Tracking details are emailed once orders ship. Allow seven (7) business days before inquiring about order status and forward shipping queries to style@theperfectpairboutique.com.

We are not responsible for return shipping, return shipping cost or lost returns. We highly recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and maintaining shipping receipts for your records.

Reshipping charges for unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the sender (and not The Perfect Pair Boutique).

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If tracking shows your package delivered, please check with the delivery vendor (USPS, FedEx or UPS).

If your tracking shows your package undelivered, and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your order, please feel free to contact us at style@theperfectpairboutique.com and we will happily assist you.

International orders are subject to fees from customs, which are the orderer's responsibility.
