We appreciate your business—and hope you love your purchase. However, if a shoe is too snug or an apparel piece too loose, don't fret. Instead, please contact us immediately. For reference, our Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policies are as follows:

Cancellation Policy
We encourage you to forward cancellation requests within 24 hours of order placement to halt the fulfillment and shipment processes. We accept cancellation requests via email only. Please forward such requests to Cancellations will process within (7) seven business days, provided we have not completed order fulfillment and shipping.

Return Policy
Full refund requests must have a postmark within (fourteen) 14 days of the order date. Please forward refund requests to The Perfect Pair Boutique, 9624 S Cicero Avenue PMB 349, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.

We will not accept worn, washed, altered, and damaged items for returns or refunds. Original tags must be intact and fully attached to the returned item. Sale items, Clearance merchandise, jewelry, purses, and accessories are all final sales. We do not accept returns for sales items, clearance merchandise, jewelry, handbags, and accessories.

For defective items, please forward notify us at within three (3) days of the delivery date. For a boutique refund or store credit to be provided, returns must have a postmark within fourteen (14) days of the order date.

Presently, free returns are not available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet established guidelines will be shipped back to the buyer at her/his expense.

Return Process

  • Prior returning an item, please read the return policy, to ensure that your items meet established guidelines.
  • Include all the original packaging and contents (i.e. boxes, tags, hangers, packing slip, etc.) that arrived with your order. For lost packing slip, please provide the following with the return: (a) order number, (b) orderer's name in its entirety and (c) order total inclusive of taxes and shipping cost.
  • Forward the return to The Perfect Pair Boutique, 9624 S Cicero PMB 349 Oak Lawn, IL 60453 using UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Shoe returns must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The original shoe box needs to be placed in a larger, equally as secure box to avoid potential shipping damage. We will not accept damaged shoes or shoe boxes under any conditions. 
  • Please allow (7) seven business days from the date we receive the return for processing. 

Due to limited, exclusive inventory, we can not offer exchanges. If an alternate style, size or color is preferred, we suggest ordering a new item and returning the original. An original item refund will process within (7) seven business days, provided the return adheres to the guidelines.
